Welcome to Veliraf Farm Fresh Frozen Lamb page. Here we will tell you a little about how we raise these delicious lambs. We do not use any medications or growth hormones of any kind on ANY of the lambs that are custom slaughtered. Our lambs are ALL NATURAL, and we pride ourselves on this being so. We finish them on grain and pasture, or a grass based hay(depending on the season). They are fed a loose organic mineral free-choice, to provide them with the optimum conditions for growth.  They are slaughtered at an government inspected abbatoir that is less than 15 minutes away- so stress is kept to a minimum. They are frozen as soon as they are cut and wrapped- so they are as fresh as humanely possible!!!! We take pride in the lamb we produce. We always have Shetland lamb available, and will custom slaughter both Texel and Icelandic lamb- if available. We also sometimes have Shetland/Texel cross lambs available.
