| Our kidding season is just gearing up for 2009. We should have some gorgeous kids available for purchase, depending on how Mother Nature decides to treat us this year! We are planning on growing our herd again somewhat this year- so we'll be holding a fair number of our kids back. Since the last three- make that four now- years running have all been buck years- I am greatly anticipating the 2009 season. Check out our sales page for animals that may not be listed here. Please note that any pre-reserved kids will be raised on a CAE prevention program- the potential owners will be contacted within 4 hours of birth so they can confirm their purchase of the animal. We wether almost every buck born here- ALL unreserved bucks will be dam-raised, and wethered at an appropriate age. |

Chocolate Buckskin w/white anklet
SIRE: Sugar Creek
SS Storm Trooper
(Twins Creeks SS Storm Surge X Jobi Lovely)
DAM:
Veliraf SG Sequoia
(Sugar Creek FR Snow Goose X Veliraf SS Natalie)
My first doeling of the season! Nice little doe who looks as though she is going to have a mix of both her
sire and dam's general appearance. She's already nice and wide. Not really flashy colour- but she's NOTR black and white. Hooray!! Trooper was only bred to a couple of our does this year-
so Eucalyptus will be staying on to see what he can produce.
Veliraf TW Cucumber

Black & white
SIRE: Sugar Creek NT Tight Wad
(Sugar Creek MT Nate X Sugar Creek MT Penny Pincher)
DAM: Veliraf SG
Blak I'd Susan
(Sugar Creek SS Snow Goose X Veliraf MP Nadia)
Well, at least we're consistant here! Another black and white kid. Susan freshened with a nice udder- I would prefer better teat placement- but since
Tight Wad was purchased as strictly an udder buck- he should be able to correct that. Both does have an improved topline over their father. Susan has nice orifices, and is fairly easy to milk.
She has nice rear udder height, and nice attachemtns as well. Since Tight wad was only bred to two does- both of these does are being retained for now.

In order to decrease any misunderstandings or hard feelings, please carefully read the following terms & conditions of sale: A $50 deposit, made payable to Nicole Heath, will reserve a goat of your choice. Reservations are made upon a first come first served basis. Only those reservations accompanied by a deposit can be honored. Kids will be offered first to those who have made a deposit, if they decline- then we go down our list in order of deposits recieved. We do try to offer for sale a group of kids in order to provide the potential purchasers with more choice. However, the animals do not always co-operate. Deposits will be forfeited if buyer, refuses the offered animals, or backs out of the sale. We reserve the right to retain any kid to remain in our herd, even if a deposit has been made on them. In that case, deposits will be refunded or another kid may be chosen, if available. Balance of payment is due upon notification that your goat is available and must be paid for by money order, cash or certified cheque (normal bank cheques would have to clear the bank before any release of animals- which can sometimes take up to 45 days) in full prior to pick up or shipping. All shipping costs (transportation, health certificates, crates, etc.) are the responsibility of the buyer. You must supply your own shipping crate, you can mail an airlie arrproved crate, or you can send the money and I will buy a crate for you and then I will ship the goat of your choice in it. We ship out of Pearson International Airport in Mississauga, and charge a nominal $35 fee for transportation to the airport. We will test any animal for TB,CAE, CL, Johnnes or Brucellosis at buyers request & expense. Papaers will be transferred once all associated fees(shipping, health testing, animals etc.....) are paid for in full. We can also deliver animals to any of the shows that we are planning to attend for a fee of $75 or less depending on location. The cost of health papers will be the responsibility of buyer. Boarding fees of $2 per day will be added to kids not picked up/shipped after 30 days notification that they are ready to be picked up/shipped. After 60 days, any animals that have not been picked up/shipped revert back to the ownership of the Nicole Heath and there will be no refund of any monies paid. We try to be truthful in our descriptions. Our goats are healthy and free of visual defects when we sell them. Since we cannot control their environment once they leave our barn, we cannot offer further guarantees. If a problem develops, we will work with you to make it right. Our reputation is very valuable to us and we want you to be pleased with your purchase. We may also offer discounts for multiple purchases. We guarantee our animals to be free of most disqualifying faults in the show ring although we don't guarantee height. We guarantee fertility in all of our animals.(If this would ever arise, please contact us and we will gladly give you the specific guidelines we need in order for you to receive your replacement.) We guarantee that our animals will be healthy at time of pick-up or delivery. We will not be responsible for stress of any kind after the animal leaves our farm. Stress is very common in both kids and adults of all ages when moved from one place to another. Illness and sometimes death can occur if the animal is not properly handled or treated. Veliraf Farm WILL NOT be held responsible in any way. These things very seldom happen, but unfortunately they can. |
